From mediocrity to modernity. A simple suburban house was transformed to a 21st century, all electric, solar powered,  battery backed-up,  beautiful, and efficient  home. The entire house was remodeled and a new bedroom and bath added.  Ceilings were raised and dormers were built to raise the sightline, create the feeling of spaciousness and flooding the rooms with light. Glass doors facilitate the indoor/ outdoor lifestyle so treasured in Santa Barbara.
