Mediterranean Renewal

Restoration, remodel and addition to turn of the century home.  Restoration process employed extensive reuse of existing onsite materials including stonework and fencing built from fallen tree limbs.  Baths were refitted with restored antique sinks and tubs. Low VOC finishes, were used throughout as well as high efficiency appliances and all rain permeable hard surface.
